30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to decide if your purchase is right for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 413 Simoron Dr. Ogden, UT 84404. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification. Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This will expedite the process and ensure that you receive the desired item as quickly as possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned earlier apply to these returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
